Company Policy

MINIMUM ORDER - 1st Shipment must be a minimum of $50.00 (PRE-PAID BY CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL). NO CASH REFUNDS - MERCHANDISE EXCHANGED ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Blue Nile Naturals will accept cash, interact e – transfer or credit card. Freight charges must be covered by you.

1. ORDERING - Each time you order, please give the complete name and address including postal code, to where you want the order shipped. Telephone numbers are requested. Please relate any special shipping instructions , next day 2nd Day or Next Day Saturday Delivery). PLEASE SPECIFY HOW ORDER IS TO BE SHIPPED.
2. DELIVERIES - Please be prepared to accept your delivery when it arrives. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be responsible for notifying us within 7 days and twice the freight charge will be billed if the package is to be reshipped. If this happens a second time, we will request that all future shipments be prepaid (COMPANY POLICY!!). Any adjustment(s) made with your carrier DOES NOT cover Blue Nile Naturals. All packages are inspected twice before being shipped!!
3. PREPAID ORDERS - All orders with company must be PREPAID. We suggest that you pay with a credit card, cash, or PayPal No personal cheques are accepted. Shipping and handling fees can only be determined by weight and destination of package. Suggested time of delivery - two to three weeks.
4. RETURNS - Returns sent without our authorization will be discarded and no credit will be given. All claims must be made within 2 days of the invoice date.
5. DAMAGED PACKAGES, SPILLAGE AND BREAKAGE - Do not accept a badly damaged package!!! All orders leave our facilities in good condition. Contact  Canada Post immediately if there is damage, spillage or breakage because our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier.
6. PROMPT DELIVERY - Blue Nile Naturals ships your packages on time. Please do not miss your delivery.
7. AVAILABILITY - Fragrance oils are available in Bulk Rate. No limited quantity. Please check with salesperson for discounts. All bottles are available in cases. No limited quantity. Check for our Monthly Sales.
8. For Lyoness members please specify your Lyoness id number upon check out in order to receive your Lyoness benefits.
