Chai, the actual word for tea in Swahili, is integral to the cultural and social fabric of many civilizations. Grown on East African family farms, Chai is rich in antioxidants which help to fight skin damage and premature aging.

Skin softening Honey is added to this naturally rich moisturizing Goat's Milk Soap with Rose extracts. Mildly astringent Rose Water works with the essential fatty acids found in Goat's Milk to cleanse, help regulate pH, condition and soften skin. Finely ground Chai and Rose Petals provide light exfoliation and natural antioxidant protection.

HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

Nubian Heritage is the brainchild of two New York street vendors. In 1992, fresh out of college and without jobs, Rich and Nyema embarked on a mission to produce luxurious natural products from traditional African recipes with organic and fair trade ingredients. Today Nubian Heritage offers hundreds of culturally authentic natural products inspired by global ancient healing philosophies. Although Nubian Heritage products are no longer made in bath tubs, little else has changed; the company still makes its products ittself, still uses fair trade and organic ingredients and still invests in community commerce.
